Warranty

The warranty period for Rzhevmebel products is 12 months from the time of sale, but not more than 16 months from the date of production.

Warranty liability doesn’t extend to defects in the door leaf, elements of the door frame and trim, resulting from:

• low - quality installation;
• transportation from the trading organization to the buyer;
• violation of the storage regulations, installation, and maintenance.

In the manufacture of interior doors, deviations in the linear sizes and design of the door leaf are allowable in accordance with GOST 475-78.

We recommend you buying Rzhevmebel connecting doors together with a door frame, trim and, if necessary, door frame expanders, due to the fact that door leaves and accessories from other manufacturers can greatly differ in their color, maintenance, and design characteristics.⁠
